Our Policy

All Piku products are made to order and fully customised to your specification. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on correctly manufactured items.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we will work quickly to resolve it.

What We Will Resolve

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • Garments have manufacturing defects (stitching failures, print defects, fabric flaws)
  • The product does not match your approved design proof
  • Sizes received do not match the sizes confirmed in your order

Photographic evidence is required. Where the fault is ours, we will offer a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.

What We Cannot Accept

  • Returns due to errors in design, text, or artwork that were submitted or approved by the customer
  • Returns due to size errors where the correct sizes were submitted and manufactured as ordered
  • Returns due to a change of mind after design approval and commencement of production
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Raise an Issue

  • Email us at [email address] within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs
  • We will review and respond within 2–3 business days
  • If a resolution is agreed, we arrange replacement or refund as appropriate

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
