These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.piku.ie and any orders placed with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

3. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Piku. An order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from us.
  • Custom and personalised items are made to your specification and are exempt from standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 once production has commenced.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted with your order — including sizing, names, numbers, and artwork. Piku accepts no liability for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
  • A deposit is required to commence production. Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these Terms.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without notice. The price confirmed on your order confirmation is the binding price for your order.
  • VAT is applied in accordance with Irish VAT law where applicable. Your invoice will clearly state any VAT charged.
  • Full payment must be received before goods are despatched.
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal.

5. Design & Artwork

  • Design mock-ups are provided free of charge. You must approve your design proof in writing before production begins.
  • Piku accepts no liability for errors in the finished product that were present in an approved design proof.
  • By submitting artwork, you confirm you hold the legal right to use it and grant Piku a licence to use it solely for fulfilment of your order.
  • Piku reserves the right to photograph completed orders for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Production & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates. Piku is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
  • Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes upon receipt of full payment.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Defects

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on correctly produced orders.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
  • Where a defect is confirmed as our error, we will offer a replacement, correction, or refund at our discretion.
  • Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law are unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, and branding — is the property of Piku and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Piku’s liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
